Mental Health and Wellness Fair

The month of May is designated as Mental Health Awareness Month. The month was established to increase awareness of the importance of mental health and wellness and celebrate recovery from mental illness. During this month take some time to intentionally, see about yourself, mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, socially, while also engaging in recreational and environmental activities.
