Scholarships
Mu Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc awards scholarships ranging from $500 to $1000, to outstanding GLADES AREA high school seniors.

Twenty Pearls Youth Group
Twenty Pearl Youth Group is a mentorship program for young women in grades 9-11 living in the glades area, who demonstrate good character, academic excellence and have a passion for community involvement.

Ivy Leaf Pageant
The Ivy Leaf Pageant is a scholarship pageant designed to raise funds for scholarships. Contestants participate in activities and raise funds to promote community involvement and educational enrichment. The Pageant features three age groups Miss Ivy (ages 5-7), Miss Tea Rose (ages 8-12), Miss Pink & Green (ages 13-18). The overall winner is named Miss Ivy Leaf. All proceeds raised are awarded to graduating seniors in Pahokee, Belle Glade, South Bay and Clewiston.
